One of my all time favorite things about being a photographer is getting to connect with other creatives who are following their passions, and thinking outside the box to come up with solutions to the problems they see facing the world. Cynthia at Free Ever After is one such woman who I have been lucky enough to work with multiple times.
Cynthia is the founder of Free Ever After, which is a non-profit organization that sells gently worn wedding gowns, and then puts all the profits towards helping survivors of sexual abuse and exploitation. In a way each dress gets a new life, and helps a woman in need start her new life.
Part of why Free Ever After has been so successful is because of their incredible volunteers, and woman who have dedicated literally hundreds of hours to the cause. Abigail Wilhelm is the boutique director, and hands down one of these women! She handles all of the boutique operations including helping find the PERFECT dress for styled shoots! Anytime I’ve gone in to Free Ever After Abigail has been there with her little ones ensuring that the boutique runs smoothly, and that all of the women who walk through the doors have amazing experiences!
The lace detail on this gorgeous vintage Jessica McClintock dress had me swooning!!
