This activity was one of the most fun ones for JT and myself from April’s Crated with Love Date Box because we both love food! The concept was simple. “A very specific simple disease calls for a very specific type of antidote: a zombie- inspired romantic dinner for two”
All we had to do was figure out a list of ingredients we both could agree on using the antidote card! We may have cheated just a little… because one of the questions was too hard! Seriously, if you know of a food with a “Z” in it that isn’t pizza or zucchini could you please let me know? We ended up skipping that question!
This activity was a lot of fun because it showcased the power of teamwork! Thankfully we pretty much agreed instantaneously. I was a little surprised we liked the same ingredients because our chipotle orders are direct opposites! Seriously. I like white rice and black beans. JT likes brown rice and pinto beans. I like steak he likes chicken. I live for their guacamole and JT doesn’t think it’s worth the extra money. Complete opposites. But when we had to choose a green vegetable that we both liked we automatically chose string beans. It seems so small, but knowing we’d pick (hehe get it?) the same vegetable made me really happy!
You can get your own Crated with Love date box here!
Please note/disclaimer: Crated With Love gifted us with this date box in exchange for photos, but all opinions are fully mine. And my husband and I enjoy them so much that I purchased and gave one as a gift to all of my 2018 wedding couples for Christmas!
